Once you've purchased a kit, please email us your streamer and button details, or utilize the additional notes section. There is a maximum of 14 characters for the vertical text on the streamer, and a 20 character limit for the horizontal bottom text. Any custom templates will be charged as an additional streamer. There are also a limited selection of button options. (Please see the second & third image for those options) Custom buttons will be charged as an additional button. Please be aware that If we do not receive your details by the allotted time, you will receive a default streamer and button.
A Vivid team member will reach out using your contact details to confirm streamer layout, and you can contact us at any point with questions or concerns. If you experience any difficulties with checkout, please reach out and let us know. There is a limited quantity of kits for this style due to the limited availability of ruffle. Because of this, we also cannot support color changes after purchase.
