Custom Rosette Reservation & Design Deposit

This listing reserves your spot for a made-to-order custom rosette in any size or style. Your deposit will be credited toward your final total, which is determined after your design consultation. Shipping and Final invoice is not charged at this stage and will be included in a follow up final invoice.  PLEASE NOTE - This listing is NOT for our "ready to ship" collection which has limited designs.  This is for custom rosettes - made to order.

You do not need to know your exact design or size when booking with this listing. Only that you need to book a custom rosette and want to use Vivid Award Studios. 

After Booking, You’ll Receive Access To:

– Our Jotform intake form
– The Vivid Awards Gallery of Recent Rosette Designs divided by rosette style, color and size (always being updated)
– Our Streamer Look Book, Ribbon Colors, and Button Style Guide.
– Our ever-expanding Clip Art Library (breed silhouettes, themed elements, and decorative accents including our hand drawn elements and custom ribbon styles)
– One-on-one consultation via your preferred communication method to finalize design, size, and features.  Please note phone consultations must be limited to 20 minutes and booked after 5 pm EST. Facebook and text are unlimited. Video calls also available by appointment.

Booking & Availability

We book up to 16 weeks in advance. If this listing is sold out, we are not currently accepting new custom orders. Please check back with us soon, or follow us on Facebook for availability updates.

Booking Options are available based on Turnaround Time. You will get the chance to choose your preferred production speed at checkout. This is not a style selection—your design will be customized through consultation. You will then receive and invoice for your final design with all the details laid out.

• Standard Deposit – 12–16 Week Turnaround  Our regular production schedule. Full access to our design consultation process and all upgrade options.
• Priority Deposit – 4 Week Turnaround Your order jumps ahead of the standard queue. Priority is based on schedule availability, with an upcharge of up to 2x the price of the rosette.
• Expedited - 2 to 5 Day Turnaround For emergent orders, order will be scheduled for immediate production within 2-5 days. Must be pre-approved before purchase. Expedited orders are billed at 4x the price of the rosette.

Design Process

Step 1: Book your deposit to reserve a production spot on our calendar.
Step 2: Complete the design intake form ASAP - you will receive the link after checkout.
Step 3: For standard orders, we’ll contact you within 3 business days after you complete the jot form to begin finalizing design details. NOTE - WE WAIT UNTIL THE JOT FORM HAS BEEN COMPLETED TO REACH OUT TO YOU.  IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH IT PLEASE EMAIL vividawards@gmail.com.  Rush and Overnight orders will be contacted promptly after we receive your form. 
Step 4: We’ll prepare a final invoice based on your chosen size, layout, and any selected upgrades. We send you an invoice but Final payment is due closer to your scheduled production date unless otherwise requested.
Step 5: Once payment is received, we’ll send your streamer layout for approval and confirm your final ship date.
Step 6: Your rosette will be handcrafted with care and shipped. Tracking information will be provided once your package is on the way.

Cancellation Policy
You must finalize your design at least 45 business days before your production date.
If we don’t hear from you, your order will be canceled. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.  We will make an attempt to check in via your Shopify email before cancelling.

– One streamer text layout proof is included (sent approximately 1 month before production)
– This includes 2 rounds of major revisions + unlimited spelling edits
– Additional edits: $50/hour
– Graphic/photo work: $125/hour
– Rosette visual mockups available upon request (additional cost)

Each Vivid rosette is a handcrafted collaboration between artist and client. You’re welcome to guide every detail—or entrust us with creative freedom to bring your vision to life. Either way, you’ll receive a beautiful, intentional piece designed to honor your moment with meaning and artistry.

Timeline & Communication
Production timelines may shift by up to 2 weeks—we may run early or late, depending on workflow and complexity. We’re a small team, not a machine, and each piece is crafted by hand with care.

We ask about any hard deadlines during your intake process and accommodate them when possible. Communicate when not possible up front.  Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

Once your Order is confirmed - Please check in only if:
– Your timeline changes
– You need to adjust your order
– You’re missing a scheduled update
