Custom Rosette Reservation & Design Deposit - Please read this entire description

This deposit reserves your spot for a custom, made-to-order rosette in any size or style. Your deposit applies toward your final total, which is billed after design is finalized.
(Pre-designed rosettes and Studio Originals are not part of this listing)
You don’t need to know exactly what you want yet — this simply holds your place.

We’ll walk you through the process so we create something beautiful together.
How Our Schedule Works: We book custom rosettes in batches, usually 12–16 weeks ahead. Your deposit reserves a production window (the month) rather than an exact date — that allows us to organize work efficiently and still give each piece the attention it deserves.
If this listing shows Unavailable, that batch is full. Because we are busy in production, we may not be able to reply to emails asking when spots reopen. Please check back here or follow our Facebook page and VIP group — we announce new openings there first.
Turnaround Options (choose at checkout)
- Standard: 12–16 weeks
- Priority: about 4 weeks (up to 2× price)
- Expedited: 2–5 days (3× price, must be pre-approved)
- Overnight: 4x the price
Shipping and your final balance are invoiced after streamer approval.

3️⃣ Approve your streamer layout and final invoice.
4️⃣ We create your rosette and ship it to you.
If you have a hard deadline, list it on the form. Deadlines added later may require a rush fee.

Cancellation Policy Your order must be finalized 45 business days before your production window. If forms and details are not submitted: The order will be canceled and the deposit will not be refunded. We make one attempt using your Shopify email — please stay in touch if you need help.
Proofing
- One streamer proof included
- Two major layout revisions + unlimited spelling fixes
- Additional edits: $50/hour
- Photo/graphic work: $125/hour
- Live Rosette Proofing is NOT included. That is a billed service. Ask for a quote. Mockups & progress photos are available at additional cost.
Popular Upgrade Options: Extra printed streamers, glitter, faux gem trim, side tabs, specialty ribbon, photo buttons, themed layouts, extra length, tassels, 3-D printed accents, light-up centers, shadow boxes, and more.
We will discuss upgrades during design so there are no surprises.
Communication & Expectations: We are a small studio and every rosette is handcrafted. Production time comes first — that’s how we keep quality high.
